Cancellation Policy
Cancellations not made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals (over 15 min.) may forfeit their appointment.
Children Under 12
Children under 12 are welcome. For their safety, and for the comfort of other customers, please bring someone to supervise them during your visit.
The CYNC Guarantee
If you experience any problems with your nails, contact us within 3 days of the original service for complimentary repairs. Repairs must be made within 1 week of original service. Nails deemed to be damaged through neglect – deliberate or otherwise – may not be eligible for this service.
